During Nathen and Jennifer's "routine" daily doctor visit one of the triplets was pretty stressed out, so the doctor announced that today would be their birthday too. A few hours later all three NICU teams were assembled and the birthing began. Here's the results:
- Katelyn - 4 lbs 5 oz, 17.5 inches, born at 7:43 p.m.
- Lily - 5 lbs 0 oz, 18.5 inches, born at 7:44 p.m.
- Makayla - 4 lbs 14 oz, 18.5 inches, born at 7:45 p.m.
Jennifer and the triplets are all very healthy and doing great! The twins (Lily and Makayla) should be out of the NICU tonight.
We all think it's great that Katelyn will be able to say, "I may not be a twin, but I'll always be the oldest".
