Three cribs all in a row, soon to be filled with three tiny people. The cribs are currently vacant, and probably will be for at least a few more days. For now, Makayla and Lily are spending their sleeping moments either in the arms of their new family or in their hospital bassinets. I'm not sure who made those great name tags on the bassinets, but I really like them. I also see that the doctors are still labeling the babies by their prenatal monikers; Baby A, Baby B and Baby C, which happens to also be the order of their birth.
The news from the hospital is that Lily and Makayla (the twins) will likely be coming home with Jennifer in the next few days. Kaitlyn still has an IV and a feeding tube and needs to do a little bit more growing before being released to her happy home. Jennifer is doing great, and is recovering as quickly as a triplet mommy can. It's kinda hard to tell with their Whoville hats on, but notice that Lily and Makayla have dark hair and Kaitlyn's hair is much lighter...kinda like Annie's. I can't wait to see them all asleep in their own cribs at their own house. I'm sure all three of them will sleep from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. every night until they go to kindergarten.
