On Sunday we went for a drive up to the mouth of Little Cottonwood canyon to see the mountain goats that live up there. They are really fun to watch, but you have to have binoculars so this activity is really super boring for a 3 year old. We promised Annie that when we were done looking at the goats we would go across the street to the temple quarry grounds and throw rocks in the river. This is one of her very favorite things to do. Much to our dismay, there wasn't any water in the river so we drove to Big Cottonwood canyon and found a river for Annie to throw rocks in. She had a great time splashing mom and dad and I had a great time taking pictures of Nathen and Annie together. These two were my favorites.
