One of the big highlights for May was the purchase of our very first lawn mower! Here is a picture of Nathen using it for the first time. Isn't it pretty? Just ignore our ugly yard, it is a work in progress to say the least. Nathen claims that I am more excited about the lawn mower than anybody and he is probably right. I'm not quite sure why I am so excited, but maybe having your own lawn mower is one of those rites of passage that only homeowners get to go through and since we are now finally homeowners we also get to be lawn mower owners. I have no idea if that even makes sense, but I do love a freshly cut lawn. :)
